The main activity of FCN is related to the football education of children from 3 to 6 years.
Methodology and programme
The methodology of the training sessions, matches and tournaments is based on the best European models, the Bulgarian traditions in football teaching and
the experience gained by our team. All this is in accordance with the age of the young football players and the material conditions in the kindergartens.
The program is developed in accordance with the development of modern football and is scientifically grounded in theory, and all specific methods and means /exercises/ are
tested in practice. The program with which FCN works reveals the basic ideas of training and enables coaches to show creativity in direct
work. The main method used is the game method and high emotionality is sought in the activities.
LOCATION AND FACILITIES
In the months of October, November, March, April and May, where weather permits, especially where there are football pitches built, outdoor play takes place. This is also intended to have a positive effect on
children's tempering. Each part of the training structure /preparatory, basic, final/ includes the game. In the different exercises: balls are used,
cones, distinctive jerseys, ropes, hoops, benches, etc. It is important to emphasize that lightweight balls N4 are used, which are specially designed for training children.
First group (3-4 years old)
The main goal is to "ignite" the spark. The child gets acquainted with the ball and
its movement, the need to chase and possess it. Experiencing
the first joy of hitting the ball and the first goals. The child runs, jumps, stops,
turns, squats, turns. In this period he learns the basic concepts of
of the game of football.
Second group (4-5 years old)
The year-old kid found the game in its 1-1 and 2-2 game forms.
He develops a feeling for the ball, learns to lead it with both feet, to
to control it following different auditory and visual signals, to lead it. Shoot
with the ball at a stationary target - cone, post, goal; at a stationary target,
approaching and catching up ball. Introduces a competitive element into
different parts of the drill through relay, racing and emotional
games. Gain first tactical-theoretical knowledge - goal, opponent,
playing field, centre. Participate in the Sofia tournament in matches with
demonstration.
Third group (5-6 years old)
Football is already a powerful stimulating and educational tool for the child in all
spheres - he is careful in the lessons in the group not to disappoint his coach. About
children who have been coached in previous years, things get serious. They have participated in
tournaments, they learn to shoot with both feet with a straight punch - the basic punch in
soccer on a rolling and stationary ball. They master the ball by stopping it with
different parts of the foot, with the knee and leading it with the head.
Lead the ball describing different shapes controlling it. Participate in different
forms of match and competitive games. They learn to take the ball away, starting first
assignment to positions - goalkeeper, defenders, strikers. At the end
year they participate in the Sofia tournament with a competitive character - determined
champion. The child sees and feels - the euphoria, the satisfaction of the effort
of effort, and the pride of their parents.
Preparatory group (6-7-year-olds)
Small football players already possess a rich arsenal - passing with an inside
kick, shoot straight at stationary, rolling, approaching, catching up and
laterally coming ball. They shoot from the volley, lead the ball quickly with both feet,
change direction, stop, pull up and turn with it.
Understand the importance of their teammates and the principles of mutual aid in
defense and offense. They are proficient in general running and specifically running drills,
do a team warm-up.
Receive important tactical-theoretical training - placement according to
specific situation, place on the field, football thinking. They know the most
the most important rules of the game - goal, centre, shot from goal, corner kick,
infringement, referee, side throw.
